Marigolds provide the perfect golden burst of colour to any garden. These annual flowers will bloom all summer if deadheaded (removing dead or spent flowers).

Marigolds are low maintenance. They grow easily in almost any soil and a little water during dry spells is enough to keep it thriving. Marigolds are also known to keep pests away.

The only word of caution when growing Marigolds is that they will develop a powdery mildew, so make sure they are planted in full sunlight and good airflow to prevent this.
