Keeping your Furry Friends safe
As the days get warmer, we wanted to let everyone know our policy regarding your pets so you can plan ahead.
NO Dogs or Pets allowed on the floor.
If your furry friend can be carried or can ride the cart safely, then they are welcome to come in. It is not safe for any pets to be on the floor as we water our plants with fertilizer water, and there will be standing puddles that they could potentially ingest. Additionally, the concrete floors are not washed, and the fertilizer salts are not good for pet paws. We, The Greenery Family, have pets of our own that we do not allow into any of the greenhouses for their own safety.
Thank you!

Many people wonder what exactly the difference is between all the different types of Petunias we grow. While all Petunias grow well in warm, sunny locations, there are different growing and flowering habits and maintenance requirements.
Petunias that we sell in bedding packs are grown from seed and are the traditional, large flowering varieties that most people are familiar with. There is also a seed-grown, smaller flowering version with a mounding growth habit known as the Picobella series.
All Petunias grown from seed benefit from deadheading (manual removal by pinching the full spent flowers) through the season.

Supercal Premium Sunray Pink & Supercal Premium Sunset Orange.
The Supercal Premium series is an interspecific family created by breeding Petunias with Calibrachoas (Million Bells) to create medium-sized flowers on sturdy, branching plants that hold up well in all weather conditions, including the later fall season. This breeding also creates a naturally more unique colour range of blooms than standard Petunia colours. You will find these on table C12.
The vigorous, super trailing Petunias such as the Cascadia, Sanguna, Main Stage and Headliner series are grown from propagation—taking cuttings off of a 'Mother' plant and rooting them.
These varieties are prolific bloomers with an incredible trailing-spreading growth habit, making them perfect for hanging baskets, window boxes, and ground covers in larger flower beds. The blooms keep on coming, and there is no need to deadhead as the new blooms continue to take over the spent ones. These varieties are continually being improved and cross-bred to create new and exciting flower combinations and are also self-branching, creating a plethora of stems to hold an abundance of flowers.

Amore, Black Magic, and the Crazytunia series are mounding types of Petunias of which we have a large selection. These varieties have been bred to grow in a tighter mounding habit, making them perfect for container or smaller flower bed plantings. These also are naturally branching and do not require any deadheading.
