Hello Happy Gardeners,
As the early flowering spring items sell, we continue to bring out plantings of hardier annuals and a beautiful selection of Garden Mums. We also have early Basket Stuffers and bedding plants, and three more aisles in Section A will now be accessible, including the Collector Pepper table. As always, we continue to bring out plantings of hardy vegetables.
There are also some amazing, budding and blooming Alstroemeria and beautiful Martha Washington Pelargoniums that are now available.
See you soon!

We have an excellent selection of 8" potted, blooming and budding Alstroemeria now available. Choose from bold colours in shades of white, orange, red, purple and pink. Commonly known as Peruvian Lilies, these vibrant upright plants offer stunning, long-lasting blooms that brighten up gardens and containers. You will find a selection of all the varieties on table E7.

Traditionally grown as a fall-blooming Chrysanthemum, these little beauties will offer some great early colour as we have grown them during these short winter days. After the Spring blooms fade, give these a light cutback and enjoy new, fresh growth all summer and another round of stunning blooms in the fall. A full selection can be found on tables E14 and E15.

More plantings moving to retail tables!
|
|
|
All of our growing greenhouses are getting full as our homegrown crops are sizing up and getting ready for the retail tables. Over the next few weeks, we will continue to set up plantings as they are ready. Please keep in mind that having plants available on the retail floor does not indicate they are ready to plant outside.
Some bedding pack annuals, such as Lobelia and Alyssum, can be found on tables C1, C2 and C3, while the bedding pack Petunias are now set up on tables C17 through C20. Other bedding pack annuals such as Snap Dragons, Dusty Miller, Sweet Peas, Nasturtiums, Thunbergia, Statice and Stocks are now on A11 and A12.
A great selection of early basket stuffers can be found on tables C5 and C6, including Lobularia, Vinca, Creeping Charlie, Creeping Jenny, Muehlenbeckia (Wire Vine), Calendula and Calceolaria. The first planting of Bacopa is now available on table C4, as well as the first planting of 2.5" Fuchsias can temporarily be found on table A11 north and south.
Access is open to all Geraniums, Seed, upright, trailing, mounding, Scented and Martha Washingtons. Most of our perennials are available as they get moved into their final locations during the next week or two.
All the Hardy Vegetables (can all be planted outside now) are out on tables D16 through D20, including Lettuces, Kale, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Kohlrabi, Onions, Brussel Sprouts and others. The Berries can be found on tables D14 through D16, including Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Haskaps, Grapes and more.
