New Aisles Open = More Plants to Browse!

For all you curious customers, the remaining aisles in selling sections 'A' and 'B' have been opened for you to browse through. Space has been made and crops have been shuffled to allow for certain items to be set up in their final table locations like 4 pack Alyssum on table C-3, including the unique 'Easter Bonnet Peach' and 'Lemonade' varieties. As well, the 4 pack seed petunias are on table C-15 to C-19 and 4 pack Lobelia on table C-1.

Berries, Berries, and More Berries
A full selection of berries are now available, including Haskap (Honey Berries), Blueberries, Raspberries, Sea Berries, Dwarf Cherries, and the new BrazelBerries!

BrazelBerries are a recently introduced collection of berry varieties that offer ornamental qualities as well as amazing edible fruits on small stature bushes. The idea is that you can plant these plants in containers on your patio, balcony or anywhere in your landscape, requiring minimal care and allowing for a rewarding and easy harvest.

Try out BrazelBerry 'Raspberry Shortcake'--a true dwarf, thornless raspberry plant that produces sweet fruits, BrazelBerry Blueberry Peach Sorbet or Blueberry Jelly Bean- two super compact blueberry plants that have incredible ornamental qualities while producing beautiful plump berries.

Sea Berries, or Sea Buckthorn Berries are an up and coming berry that have an incredibly high nutritional and antioxidant content. Deep orange berries can be used to make juice with a high content of vitamin C and E.
Or try growing some Hardy Figs this season! Rated for zone 5! Fresh or dried, enjoy flavourful, small to medium sized fruits of brown to violet skin and strawberry pink pulp. The plants die back to the ground during the cold winter months, and grow again each Spring.

Our shipment of Clematis and Vines has arrived from Clearview Nurseries in Aldergrove, BC.
Big and beautiful one gallon Clematis plants to cover a bare fence or trellis, or maybe to climb a tree trunk. We have over 60 varieties of Clematis to choose from, including the Select Vancouver series, and more than 20 other Vines, including Trumpet vine, Wisteria, Hops, Climbing Hydrangea, Chocolate Vine and Honeysuckle. |

Seed Potatoes Are Here!
The first shipment of seed potatoes from Abetkoff Farms in Grandforks has arrived, as well as back ordered varieties from our early Van Noort shipment- including Sieglinde, Cecile, and the low glycemic variety, Nicola.
Come by and choose from some of your favourite varieties, depending on location and preference: An early, mid-season or late harvest? Yellow or white flesh? Red, white or brown skin?
We have Warba, Norland, Pontiac, Russet Burbank, Yukon Gold, Kennebec, Norkotah Russet, and Bintje as well as some of the speciality varieties. |
Cute Miniature Conifers Looking for a Home

Also a wonderful assortment of 4" hardy "miniature" conifers has arrived from Pacific Northwest Propagators in Rosedale, BC.
This will be our third season carrying these little beauties, and we have had plenty of positive feedback!
These 'Garden Delights' are great for containers, rock gardens, miniature railroad gardens, bonsai, and patio planters. They bring year round structure and enjoyment to our rock garden. |
