Finally, Gardening Weather!

Finally the weather is co-operating and it showed on the Mother's Day weekend!  Many more plants could be planted now especially in the lower areas.

Many people have been waiting for the 4 pack pansies and violas...wait no longer!

Tables E2 to E5 are fully stocked.

Hanging Baskets have really started to show some nice colour!

We still have a good selection of 12" Supertrailing Petunias, including Wave mixes, as well as 10" Calibrachoas (Million Bells) in every colour you can imagine!

And of course our standard Ivy Geraniums.

Rock Garden and Alpine Plants

Our new selling section, section 'G' for Rock Garden and Alpine Perennials is now set up with many of them in full bloom. Drought tolerant choices, like Sedums can be found in this section, and many display really interesting colours and forms- we have grown over 60 varieties this season.

Also check out section 'E' where we now have full tables of Sempervivum (Hens and Chicks), that are perfect for filing in that little gap or crevice in the rock garden- again great colour and forms.  As well as Lithodora, Aubrietia, and Creeping Phlox in full bloom WOW!

Pssst! Parking Reminder...

Unfortunately, this past weekend the Bylaw Officer was writing tickets for people who were parked on the side of Rifle road in front of The Greenery.  We would like to remind everyone, that when parking on the side of the road, your vehicle must be completely off the pavement.  We also would like to remind everyone that there is parking available along Longhill Road and the side gate is open!

Thank you for your cooperation!
Congratulations to our Weekly Winner!

Donna Little, enjoy your Garden Essentials Gift Basket!

(Please come in and pick it up at The Greenery anytime we're open.)

About the Contest
